Combined Axonometrics on Fraps

I have produced Combined axonometric(2) on Sketchup/Crysis. (Refer back to last post)

Quotes from each client

Quotes from each clients

"
I love fools' experiments. I am always making them." - Charles Darwin
(Quote from http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/authors/c/charles_darwin.html)

"Many people would claim that the boundary conditions are not part of physics but belong to metaphysics or religion. They would claim that nature had complete freedom to start the universe off any way it wanted. That may be so, but it could also have made it evolve in a completely arbitrary and random manner..." - Stephen Hawking
(Quote from http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Stephen_Hawking ; "The Quantum State of the Universe", Nuclear Physics (1984))

"Electricity can make such a difference in people's lives: they can read at night..." - Nicole Kuepper

Electroliquid Aggregation

"Although we are just an advanced breed of monkeys, we are able to understand the universe through collaboration and improvisation, which makes us something special and is the reason we prevail."

I have used the two quotes from Stephen Hawking and Charles Darwin to create my electroliquid aggregation, as it accentuates that everything we do; we do for a reason, and in terms of Architecture, our ideas come from collaboration and improvisation, and is never meaningless.

"We are just an advanced breed of monkeys on a minor planet of a very average star. But we can understand the Universe. That makes us something very special". - Stephen Hawking
(Quote from http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/authors/s/stephen_hawking.html)

In the long history of humankind (and animal kind, too) those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively have prevailed. - Charles Darwin

3D Warehouse

Three animations

Developed models

Overview of model - Datum
This shot of the datum, shows both the upper studio 'Expand',
and lower studio 'Strength'. The staircase to the upper studio extends
from the ground level. The staircase is 'covered' by glass walls.
I've purposely chose to do this, one for safety reasons, as below the staircase
is a hole which leads into the lower studio.
I've also decided to make the texture of the walls 'glass', as
it is transparent, and allows light to come in, as well as being
able to view the environment around us.
Upper studio - Expand
This shot of the upper studio, shows that most of the walls
of the upper studio, including part of the roofing,
is made out of glass. I've chose to do this,
in order for natural lighting, more-so than the need
of artificial lighting. It also shows the gallery space, located right in the rear end
of the upper studio. It also shows part of the
lower studio coming out from the ground.
I've chosen to have part of the lower studio to come out from the
ground, with its top textured with glass, also again for
natural lighting.
Lower Studio - Strength
This shot of the lower studio, shows the staircase
from ground level, into the lower studio.
I have purposely chose not to add in a balustrade, as
i have made the stairs quite large, almost taking up
all of the lower studio. I have chosen the insides of the lower
studio to be textured with 'erosive', to somewhat convey
an underground feeling, as i would like the underground studio
to be rather natural, using the soil of the ground as its walls.

Gallery Space + Texture

Texture
The three textures i have chosen for my buildings are,
transparent, veins and erosive. I have chose the ground level, which leads
into the bottom space to be transparent, as to be able to see the
lower space from the ground. I have chose the inner texture of the lower space
to be erosive, as it is underground. The texture of the outside of the lower
space, i chose to be veiny, as it is dug from underground.
Gallery Space
I chose to create a circular stairway in which the artwork is represented,
in order for the artwork to be viewed from all sides, which the
circular stairs help do, as the view walks around the circle, allowing
it to be viewed from 360 degrees.
